Shipping & Pickup
Can I personalize every item?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, initials, grades, school names, colors, and themes. Personalization options are listed on each product page.
What personalization options do you offer?
Depending on the product, you may choose:
- Student name
- Grade
- School name
- Characters
- Favorite colors
- Sports
- Floral designs
- Animals
- Gaming-inspired themes
- Inspirational quotes
- Custom photos (on select products).
Will I receive a proof before my order is made?
Yes! For products that require artwork approval, we will send you a digital proof before production begins. Please review your proof carefully. Once you approve it, production will begin, and changes cannot be made.
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is 3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
After production is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 6–8 business days.
Orders & Personalization
Can I return personalized items?
Because every item is made specifically for you, all personalized sales are final.
Do you offer custom bundles?
Absolutely! If you're looking for something unique or need items not included in our standard bundles, please contact us for a custom quote.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can review the issue.
What if there is a mistake on my order?
If the mistake was made by Noir Bloom Custom Crafts, we'll make it right by replacing the item or providing another appropriate resolution.
Bulk Orders
Do you offer discounts for schools or organizations?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing for: Schools, Teachers, Daycares, PTO/PTA organizations, Churches, Community groups, and Youth organizations. Contact us for a custom quote.

Return & Refunds
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your artwork has not been approved or production has not started, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
How much is shipping?
Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate of $6.99. Orders of $40 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer FREE local pickup in Houston, Texas. You'll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
What comes in each bundle?
Each bundle includes different personalized school supplies. Our current bundles include: Dreamer Bundle, Scholar Bundle, Achiever Bundle, and Signature Bundle. Visit each product page for a complete list of included items.
Can I purchase individual items?
Yes! Many of our personalized products are also available individually, including notebooks, folders, pencil pouches, binders, and more.
