Refund & Return Policy

At Noir Bloom Studios - Custom Crafts, every item is handmade and personalized specifically for you. Because our products are custom-made, we take great care to ensure your order is exactly as requested before production begins.

Artwork Approval

Before any personalized item is printed or created, you will receive a digital proof (when applicable) for review.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve:

  • Spelling of names
  • Dates
  • Colors
  • Design elements
  • Personalization details
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Overall layout

Once the artwork has been approved, production will begin.

No changes can be made after the artwork has been approved and production has started.


Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Personalized products
  • Custom-made items
  • Customer-approved artwork
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selections after approval

If We Make a Mistake

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order contains an error that was made by Noir Bloom Studios - Custom Crafts, we will make it right.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect personalization that does not match your approved proof
  • Printing defects
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged items received due to our production process
  • Wrong item shipped

If one of these situations occurs, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will work with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before artwork has been approved.

Once artwork has been approved or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Misspelled names or incorrect information approved by the customer
  • Color variations due to monitor or screen settings
  • Minor variations that naturally occur in handmade products
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Failure to read product descriptions or personalization instructions
