Order Processing

All of our products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.

Production Time:
Orders require 3 business days for production before they are shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 on orders under $40.00

Free Shipping

We proudly offer:

FREE Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) on all orders of $40 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

No promotional code is required. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Estimated Delivery

After your order has been completed, your package will be shipped using our standard shipping service.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Production: 3 Business Days

  • Shipping: 3–5 Business Days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–8 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

If production has not yet started, we will do our best to update your address.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Noir Bloom Custom Crafts is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Noir Bloom Custom Crafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location

  • Asking neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volume

  • Events outside of our control

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

We proudly offer FREE local pickup for customers in the Houston, Texas area.

Local Pickup Details

  • Pickup Location: Houston, TX
  • Cost: Free
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically ready within 3 business days
  • Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.

Please wait until you receive your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation before arriving.

A valid photo ID and your order confirmation may be required at pickup.
